Is there anyone to help me with the fishing?
The gillies are on hand during the day and will assist you as required. A whistle is supplied to all angler so when you hook a fish they will arrive to help with netting, unhooking and even photographs! Lack of angling experience/confident should not hold you back.

Do you have set arrival/departure days?
No we don’t – when you start/end your holiday with us is entirely up to you, subject to availability.

Are flights included?
No, guests book their own flights. There are 3 airlines that fly direct from Heathrow to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (Bangkok International airport); Thai Air, Eva Air and British Airways.

Do I have to pay a deposit and if so how much?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is required to confirm any booking. Full payment is made at Jurassic on arrival, cash in sterling.

How do I pay?
An invoice will be sent with confirmation of your booking and payment can be made with credit/debit card.

Do I need vaccinations?
We advise you to speak to you doctors about any vaccinations you might require.

Do I need a visa for Thailand?
No, a visa is not necessary – you will be required to fill out a landing card for immigration purposes and this will be given to you on the plane.

Do I need to bring any fishing tackle with me?
No, you don’t as everything is provided for you. We do give you a document when booking that contains some suggestions from Martin as to equipment that you might like to take with you but you don’t have to.

Can I bring my own tackle if I want to?
You can but it would need to be checked before you could use it – the equipment you are provided with is excellent so there really is no need to bring your own!

When does fishing start in the morning?
Fishing starts at dawn, around 7am, and concludes at dusk.

How are swims allocated?
There is a draw in the clubhouse every night around 7 for swims for the following day. No swims are cordoned off or reserved.

Is there wi-fi at the resort?
Yes, wi-fi is available and the password can be obtained from reception.

What facilities are on site?
There is a bar, restaurant, swimming pool and Jacuzzi on site for all guests.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, there is air conditioning in all the rooms.
